What is a certified copy and where can I obtain one?

A certified copy (of a diploma or certificate) is a copy with a signature and an official certification stamp. A certified copy can be made by the educational institution concerned or by a notary.
You can also have a certified copy made at the CSA service desk (Jaffalaan 9a) if you bring the original document.
We can only process a certified copy if we received this as a hard copy.
