In addition to my degree programme I participate in top sports. How is this taken into account?
If you participate in top sports alongside your academic studies, there is a strong chance that you will incur a delay in your studies. A situation may also occur in which you, due to your sporting activities, are unable to participate in the teaching activities or examinations. If such a situation is going to occur then you should contact your academic counsellor as quickly as possible. Study delays may also be compensated through an allowance from the (in Dutch: RAS).
When you follow a Bridging Programme you are not eligible for RAS.
