I have not (yet) received a NetD

The moment you have registered yourself at the University in Studielink, you have received a NetID at your Studielink mail address (please also check your spam). 

If you've not been at the University during several months/years you will not get a new NetID. Your NetID remains forever. 

You can apply for a new password via 
E-Service  or at the Service Desk of your faculty (make sure to bring a valid proof of identity).
